Type of photography – Food

Place –The inside window of my home

Date – 15th Feb 2015

Time – Afternoon

Background – It was Sunday today and as usual I had preferred spending my time at home. I woke up late and straight away from the morning was feeling the change of season. It’s winter to summer transformation going on here. I could feel the heat in the air, though I was the only one sensing that. I had argument over keeping the Fan on or off with my bro. I won the argument in the end. I spent most of my time chatting with friends. My bro was busy in data transfer work with his friend. Overall it was quite boring atmosphere we were hanging in. As the Sun headed over the sky, everyone was feeling the heat. My mom decided to serve us juice sensing the need of time. Soon my mom handed the glass of Gooseberry Juice to us. I kept it aside at the window and there I found my #2 photograph.

A message – Every season affect human body. With change of season, you should change the type of intake. Healthy food is a secrete behind healthy life. You should change the intake according to the season. You can count fruit juices as a wise choice in summer. It helps to keep the body cool and the water content helps us avoid dehydration. The Gooseberry itself possesses very good properties and provides us nutrition to keep us healthy. So, this summer drink fruit juices as much as possible and stay healthy.
